You have to go to www.blogger.com and sign up as a member (I believe). Once you're a member, you can sign in and create new posts and add an image to said post. It's quite simple once your in there...go into "posting" then select "create new post", type your message, attach a pic, Make sure you select "Publish post" at the bottom when your done, then take your head out of your ass.
