family embarrassment & good-time-charlie, BILLY CARTER (brother of jimmy carter) was so well known as a booze hound, that he even had a col' brew named in his (dis)honour. remarkable.
i suspect that this mantle was thrust into (created by) the spotlight for no reason other than his brother's ascent to statehood. in any case, full marks for the unique packaging. you don't see many spokesmodels bragging that they're permanently sozzled.
