When I think of Ronnie Milsap, I remember sitting in my dad's friend's garage, all of us in hunting jackets, swigging Pil next to a strung up dead deer bleeding into the oil pit. Girlie calanders from the 50s to the 80s all over the walls - and Ronnie Milsap playing on the AM radio.
I liked everything about that moment except for his music.
